Gallate & Puddle
1910
Three one gallon 'Puddle' crock types were found broken at an Ebor Street site in February 1986 in numbers. These were 'James Puddle - Wellington', 'Puddle & Co. - New Zealand', and 'Gallate & Puddle - New Zealand'.
It is presumed that Gallate joined James Puddle (or George Puddle - later involved with Sharpe Brothers) for a short period early in the Ebor Street business period.
